I’ve been going to Tiffin’s since I moved here but don’t like how much oil they use. I got it tonight and there was a puddle of oil at the bottom of the rice container. Any recs on some healthier Indian food that doesn’t rely so heavily on use of oils?

Does anyone know somewhere that dos a good bread pudding? Friend birthday and it’s his favorite.
