My husband and I are moving to the area soon (I’ll be working at UMN, he’s fully remote in SWE), and we’re looking for some housing recs. We’re hoping to be under $2300 (we’re okay paying extra for parking) for monthly rent, and here’s what we’d like:

Within 30 minutes of UMN - suburbs are fine by me.
Size: 1 bed with den or a 2 bed (need an “office”)
Parking: 2 cars, covered parking needed for both.
Amenities: gym with free weights, lap pool would be major bonus.
Unit: 100% need to have central heating and in-unit laundry. Patio would be a nice bonus.
We have two cats. We also would like to maybe have a more insulated unit (I don’t want to hear our neighbors).

Any recommendations? We aren’t from here and there’s a LOT of options to sort through. We are young professionals, so we’re open to really anything but it would be fun to be in an area we could explore.
