Was There An Official Source Stating Shioriko (and to an extent, Lanzhu & Mia) Was Casted During The PDP Days?
Been working on a Shioriko video for Youtube and this point got brought up often in discussion of her and I didn't come up with much info when researching. It wasn't until I realized most of the info/sources are in Discords/Twitter Threads/Reddit Forums so I was hoping to get a clear answer by posting my question here. Knowing this info would be incredibly useful and might cause me to re-arrange my script.
