[HIRING] ML & AI Engineers | Remote US, Hybrid NYC, Hybrid SF | $150K-$250K

Handful of ML and AI engineering roles I'm looking to fill across NYC, SF, and remote US.

  1. ML engineer at a seed stage AI startup in NYC, hybrid, $160-220k base with significant equity. Python, PyTorch, building production RAG pipelines and evaluation frameworks for a domain-specific knowledge retrieval product.
  2. AI engineer at a Series B company, remote US, $170-240k base plus equity. Designing agentic workflows and LLM integrations into an enterprise product serving thousands of users daily.
  3. ML infrastructure engineer at a growth stage AI company in SF, hybrid, $155-230k base plus equity. Python + Go, building the training and serving infrastructure behind production models at scale.
  4. Applied ML engineer at an early stage startup, remote US, $150-210k base with significant equity. Python, PyTorch, shipping ml features end to end from research to production with a ton of ownership.

All companies are vetted, VC-backed, and actively interviewing right now. None of these are posted on LinkedIn or any public job board.

ok so i keep seeing people say they landed their role because a recruiter or founder found them on X and i need to know what that actually looks like in practice

like are you writing long technical threads? posting memes about kubernetes? just tweeting your github commits into the void? because i've been on linkedin sending applications into a black hole and at this point i'll try anything

did you have a big following when it happened or were you just some random dev with 300 followers who tweeted the right thing at the right time? and how long were you posting before someone actually reached out?

genuinely trying to figure out if there's a real strategy here or if this is pure luck
