Are people in their 30s actually like falling apart, constant pain, etc or is it just a bit?

I’m 33, and I constantly see memes that say like “me the day I turned 30 after sleeping wrong” “me in my 30s after standing up” “…blah blah x,y,z”. All of them depicting someone in agony,

I don’t experience any of this, even mildly and honestly it makes me feel like an outlier.

I have almost no one in my life in my age bracket including my partner who is in her 20s so it feels counterproductive to ask her.

Am I supposed to be rapidly breaking down at this point, or is it just a meme? I’m not like an incredibly fit person, my sleep schedule is terrible (3-4 hours most nights), I don’t get hangovers when I drink, I can still take a 13 mile bike ride and not feel it the next day. Basically anything these memes complain about is something that doesn’t affect me and I just confused at this point.
