• May 4: Passport and documents submitted at Ottawa VFS.
• May 6: Application received and processing started at the Iceland Embassy in Washington DC.
• May 13: Passport processed by the embassy and dispatched back to the VFS central location.
• May 14: Passport shipped from the VFS central hub to Ottawa VFS.
• May 19: Passport received at Ottawa VFS.
