Chat is this rare? Armaf Club De Nuit Elite.

What's up guys, look what I just found at my local store! Fragcon was this past weekend here in Houston so all the local spots are fully loaded with new drops and this one is one of the most hyped.

Good news is that it is NOT another aventus dupe or twist.

It opens as a fresh, limey citrus kind of imagination type of scent with the lightest musky rose deeep in the background and then takes a full turn towards the darker rose dna. Very nice and different type of scent.

I keep seeing people online saying its Creed wild Vetiver and i would say kind of in the dry down but I feel like its more of a hybrid. Its like imagination meets Creed wild Vetiver or if there was something like a Wild Vetiver Eau Fraiche this is kind of that. Maybe it gets stronger and darker later on as it matures.

Performance doesn't seem great right out the bat, its very light but this is a brand new bottle, hoping it improves. Overall its a clean, classy office safe scent, kind of reminds me of a lime infused version of Ahmed al maghribi Oud Roses.

Overall a great pick up for $50 and a good addition to the collection.

Chat is this rare? Rasasi Hawas Venom and Saphire!

Whats up guys, just picked up these two at my local Middle Eastern shop here in Houston for decent prices $50 each. I didn't even know Venom was out already, imagine my surprise when I saw it sitting there. Good news for fragrance lovers, bad news for your wallet. On to the scents:

Venom: Absolute surprise how much I liked this. It won’t be for everyone that’s for sure but I think most fragrance enthusiasts will enjoy it. It’s a darker scent, spicy and incensy, maybe dark vanilla? there’s a sweetness in there that I really like but can’t really tell what it is. but its very smooth.

To give you all some reference points it kind of smells to me like the old 2011 Dior Homme intense but without the Iris, something like that. Also think of like a really smooth version of something like Shagaf Oud Elixir or even a 100x smoother more mass appealing version of something like Rayhaan Pharaoh or even like a twist on Mussamam Black, hopefully you get the idea.

Honestly, I love it. Hawas is slowly winning me back with these last couple of releases I’ve tried. This will get crazy play time for me during the colder months. Performance does not seem like it would be an issue at all this thing is absolutely pumping off my skin and the tester strip I left in my car filled up the entire thing. Straight out the box rating for my tastes 9/10.

Saphire: Also surprisingly very good, much easier to wear than Venom and mass appealing. Clean citrus vibe, its very similar to Safari breeze but with a way toned down Grapefruit, still there or maybe a different citrus but it doesn’t punch you in the nose like Safari Breeze does. It dries down to a slightly sun-screen vibe but its very good and smooth, perfect for hot weather. Performance seems ok maybe not crazy but maybe its also because it’s being completely overpowered by Venom on my other hand. Out the box rating, 8/10 if you like the scent profile.

Armaf Club De Nuit Overdose

Well guys, got it so you don't have to. And you really dont have to.

Its just another aventus, closer to aventus absolu but with a lot less of the leathery Sauvage Elixir vibe.

If you already have an aventus type fragrance you really don't need this or at least not for prices its going for right now online.

With all that being said it IS very good. The fruits in here remind me of 9pm rebel and there is none of the cdni funk/lemon pledge vibes.

Also performance has been absolutely ridiculous so far, the security guy at work said he smelled it all the way down the hallway when he came in for his shift and thats right out the box. I was able to get it for $45 bucks which I think if you can get it for that price then its great. Enjoying it a lot so far, I'm sure it will get better. Solid 8/10 as an aventus absolu type fragrance. Nothing new though.

Lattafa Khamra Waha.

Alright guys, got my nose on the super hyped Khamra Waha today and I wanted to hate it so bad but... its fucking good. If you have seen my reviews here or comments you'll know I'm not a fan of the angel share dna (except teriaq intense for some reason i love that one) and by association I've hated every Khamra flanker so far. This one will be my first Khamra, it deff has a little bit of the og dna but its just barely there to tie it in, not super sweet like the other ones but more like a reminder that its a Khamra. Overall it has a lot of freshness but not sharp citrus, im not picking up the cucumber that is advertised unless I really really look for it and even then its just barely there. The bottle i tried is a freshly opened tester they actually didn't let me buy one until next week when their full shipment arrives so im sure that as it matures it'll change but right off the bat. Its pretty dam good. Im trying to compare it to something and it's almost like if you did 2 sprays of the OG khamra and layered like 5 of Riffs Feeeze or something like that but without all the lemon in freeze. It doesnt really remind me of anything else other than MAYBE angel share on the rocks but even that is a reach since this one is much fresher and lighter. For being a Khamra performance is lacking bad though i sprayed it like 45minutes ago and barely smell it or It could be nose blindness, it does settle more heavy than light or fresh and more sweetness is coming up in the dry down . What's going to make or break this fragrance will be the price, if you can get it under $40 bucks it will be worth it, I'm predicting that this will be at Burlington within 4 months for $34.99 and at that point it will be a great pick up. And for anyone wondering I'm getting 0 nautica voyage or blue moon ginger dash, none of that. Its deff a Khamra flanker for the summer. Easy 8/10, for me as a Khamra hater. If youre a Khamra lover you'll love this one too.
