what do you guys think about delta executor? is it good in windows

I wamted to start the fate series years ago but i dont know how to start it... i dont know if i should go with the release date or chronological watch order but even the chronologicla watch orders are diffrent dpending where i ask or search thats why i couldnt start it for years and i feel like im missing out
