So, Granny Nyo, when Boa got lovesickness, said that both the empress before Boa and the empress before her died of love sickness.

There’s already theories about the prior empress being Luffy’s mom who died of love sickness because Dragon left to either join the marines or start the RA, but I have another theory that makes a lot of sense.

What if the original empress of Amazon LILY was Nefatari D LILY. And what if she caught love sickness because of one of Imu’s decisions and she passed away, which is why Imu obsesses over Nefatari D Lily, and perhaps the reason he wants Vivi is to make up for his decision that resulted in her death??

Could also just be named after her or something.
