Download has audio but no visual
Hey everyone! I'm here yet again asking for help. This time for a personal project! I'm trying to make a video out of clips for my brother. He sent my a Google drive with a bunch of videos but I can't download most of the videos. The ones that start with PXL don't work right when downloaded. It has audio but no visual. I'm using a Lenovo computer if that means anything. The files that I could download were just random letters and numbers then mp4 Video. The ones that start with PXL also end with mp4 Video.
