Hiii

So I was typing my paper and suddenly Word suddenly "crashed" and now it's buffering. I haven't closed the tab and I've saved my reflections but when I go on another tab to check on my paper. All of what I wrote is gone. How can I fix this? does anyone know how to recover unsaved work. I mean I saved It but if I go to my history of what I wrote it's not there. I'm so screwed.
