I’m panicking

So my dentist told me that I need gum grafts on these 3 front teeth, but I won’t have good enough insurance for the insane cost till January. However, just in the last 3 weeks or so, the worst tooth on the right looks like it’s gotten visibly worse and there’s a very slight discomfort (not pain just vague soreness) for the first time. I tried to measure the recession and it’s about 4mm, coming up on 5mm. So I freaked out and decided to at least try to pay to get that tooth done soon. Maybe the one next to it too depending on how pricey exactly.

But the periodontist can’t see me for a consultation till late July, 2.5 months from now, and who knows how long after that they can actually get the gum graft done.

Am I going to lose my tooth before then??
