so i got on probation for possession of marijuana class A misdemeanor which was originally a first degree felony, for manufacturing and delivering which was complete bs. if i get all my fines paid off and complete community service, can i get off early?
i got caught with marijuana and originally had a sentence of 2 years probation on a first degree felony for manufacturing/delivering but now i have a class A misdemeanor for possession 18 months probation , basically what i’m asking is how can i succeed and better myself during these times and keep my head high, ive been going through a lot my dad had a heart attack and my mom had a horrible wreck in which she broke her spine, it’s been a shitty year man. also what i need to know is can i get early termination on my probation if i were to do everything correctly
