White spots on holly
This baby Holly was planted last summer. It is a part shade variety appropriately selected for new England hardiness. I have not watered it this year, so it's only getting precip naturally. It is planted in part shade. Can anyone tell what these white spots are and what I can do for this baby? Thank you!
