When is the last time some weaker counties have sold out a home game?

I just saw that Westmeath have already sold out their home game against Cavan after winning Leinster. It got me thinking, what are some success starved countries in hurling or football that don't ever sell out home games, and can you think of some examples like this where a team has got momentum and brought in a crowd.

(Sidenote, I have no idea what kind of home attendance Westmeath usually get, but I would imagine it isn't usually as strong as that)

I'm not around the longest time but as far as I can remember the semi finals have always been on free to air TV. Anyone know anything more about how they've lost them? Rte showing the fucking Great British Bake Off instead, so I'm presuming it's a rights thing?
