what is wrong with my betta??

i will attach a picture of what seems to be clamped fins to me? this is my betta, Kova, who i have had since early march. i am new to fish keeping, so i figured this would be the best place to get advice. she was swimming (almost) like normal. 2 nights ago, i bought a stand so i could put Kova in my room, she was on a table in the living room before. i put her in her cup that i bought her in, put a leaf and a small plant that was floating in the tank into the cup, and drained about 70-80% of the water into a bucket. i took out most of everything, besides the plants so it would make the tank lighter to carry. i put the tank on the stand, refilled and tank with the water i saved in the bucket, and turned on the filter and heater. i put the cup in the tank after about 30 mins of the heater being on, and left the cup to acclimate for about an hour before letting her into the tank again. i woke up yesterday and she looked like this. she is usually very active and has a big personality, but now she seems tired almost? she will swim and then stay in the same spot for about 20-30 seconds before swimming again. sometimes she acts completely normal. i have absolutely no clue what is going on, or what i could have done to prevent this. i just tested my water parameters and will list them below. if anyone could tell me why this happened, and what i can do to help, that would be greatly appreciated. i am also slightly concerned about maybe a stress stripe i noticed a week ago? but i’m unsure if her colors are just changing since she is a koi betta. thanks!!

im also not sure how to attach a video, so if i can figure that out, i will attach it. first 2 pictures are pictures i just took. 3rd picture is the stand and her tank, last picture is from probably almost 2 weeks ago now.
edit: looks like the only pic that uploaded is from 2 weeks ago. how can i add more pictures for you guys??
