Things to do as a disabled adult?

Hello! I'm a disabled adult who has trouble with mobility, such as walking for periods of time (~20 minutes before I have to sit), going up and down stairs (balance issues and fears of heights) and I was wondering what activities people would recommend in the area. I'm especially interested in DND (am a visitor of Collector's Connection and a few other shops) but am looking to expand my horizons. All ideas are welcome!
