Been building this and finally feel good enough about it to share.

The problem we kept running into: every group study/work/hangout session starts with good intentions and ends with everyone quietly on their phones. Focus apps address this as a solo habit problem. We think it's a social one.

So I built Crayp. The core mechanic is simple: everyone holds their phone to lock simultaneously to start a session, and the session only ends when everyone agrees to stop. No one person can bail unilaterally. It's fully synchronous, both ways.
