is this the new normal in Rapido ?
Just booked a Cab Economy for a commute from Vaishali to Mansarovar at office time and even when paying at the higher side, the driver (almost soul-lessly) gives the worst critique of the day -"AC wali hi Kara lete" as if now he has to keep it off only so that I can't have it.
Aren't "economy" cabs supposed to have AC on? What is the matter with this notion amongst the drivers that economy service means a bare car with steering(optional).
