Hi all, I have four loans all counting towards PSLF. I last updated counts in March.

For 3/4 of the loans, April- June show as employment not certified. However for 1 of the loans, April- June show as ineligible- missed payment, delinquent not defaulted.

I have never missed a payment or payed late, so not sure why this 1 loan is showing as ineligble? I have been making payments towards all 4 loans this entire time. My servicer is aidvantage.

Not sure if this is an error that will fix itself or if I should call someone? Thank you!
