Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice regarding my UK student visa situation.

For the previous intake, my university withdrew my CAS after it had already been issued. A couple of weeks later, UKVI refused my visa application with the following reason:

The refusal was NOT related to my finances, credibility, interview, documents, or any other issue. It was purely because the university withdrew the CAS.

After 2 days, the university deferred my admission to the next intake and issued me a new offer letter with updated dates.

Now I’m planning to apply again for this intake with a new CAS.

I wanted to ask:

• Is reapplying a good idea in my case?
• Has anyone received a visa successfully after a CAS-withdrawal refusal?
• Since the refusal was only due to the withdrawn CAS, will it still negatively affect my new application?
