withdrawing CAS, due to delay of visa status
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice regarding my UK student visa situation.
For the previous intake, my university withdrew my CAS after it had already been issued. A couple of weeks later, UKVI refused my visa application with the following reason:
>
The refusal was NOT related to my finances, credibility, interview, documents, or any other issue. It was purely because the university withdrew the CAS.
After 2 days, the university deferred my admission to the next intake and issued me a new offer letter with updated dates.
Now I’m planning to apply again for this intake with a new CAS.
I wanted to ask:
- Is reapplying a good idea in my case?
- Has anyone received a visa successfully after a CAS-withdrawal refusal?
- Since the refusal was only due to the withdrawn CAS, will it still negatively affect my new application?
