hi! im a new stylist and i have just started working at a fantastic sams salon in my city. i was under the impression that i would be starting at an hourly rate plus tips. but i am some how getting confused with the discrepancies in what is being said on the text messages and my actual pay stub. i have only ever worked at a sports clips before here and i made hourly plus tips plus commission. and even then i was paid for the hours i worked. not half. lol. is this normal?
