Im currently on 20mg of escitalopram (Lexapro), and have been for about 5 months now. It hasn't improved my dpdr and my motivation has gone down again, but it has improved my general anxiety.

I'm not sure which SSRIs are the best for DPDR, as I know that no drug has been confirmed to help it directly :(

I'm 17 and in Australia, so there might be restrictions to what I can take. Ive been considering sertraline (Zoloft) and fluoxetine (Prozac).

Should I just ask my doctor if we could try one of them and see if anything improves?
