I got selected for TCS prime. Now I am having my BGV.

I have a small accident case on me. It's an ongoing case ( FIR is filed but charge sheet is not filed yet ) .

Description about the accident: I crashed into a guy walking on the edge road ( didn't use mobile , not drunk and drive and not hit and run ) . I am filed cases under acts BNS 281 , 125(a) .

I am going to mention it in the bgv. Will it lead to rejection of my offer ?
