Backing up my internal SCSI hard drive using a BlueSCSI

I have recently acquired a BlueSCSI but before I use it too much, I want to backup my internal hard drive since I have some very sensitive drivers that I can’t seem to find online (I have a rare Sonnet Allegro SE card installed). My hard drive is a third party CMS installed drive along with the two floppy drives installed by default (I have a Mac SE). What is the best way for me to back up the drive, I can boot through the BlueSCSI and I am even able to read the internal drive but I am unfamiliar with some of the nuances with early Mac OS and I don’t want to accidentally mess things up considering I may not be able to replace the files. Thank you.

Learning about my recently acquired Macintosh SE

I have recently acquired a Mac SE however there were some details I wanted to investigate since I couldn’t find much information online. It seems to be a fairly normal system however it reports it has 15,808k of memory which shouldn’t be possible on a standard SE (due to the 4 mb limit). It already seems to have been modified since it has a CMS SCSI hard drive installed in a non standard place being that it is a two floppy drive unit. Was my unit modded or even board swapped at one point given the SE/30 supports up to 32mb. I don’t know too much about these systems and I am curious to know.

EDIT: I did a bit of digging through my computer based on the information given and discovered my computer is running a Sonnet Allegro Mac SE accelerator card which allows for an additional 16mb of ram, I appreciate all the support and I will definitely get my Mac’s recapped and battery changed soon.
