Stack & Scope:

• Core: Solidity, Ethereum Ecosystem, OpenZeppelin, Hardhat/Foundry.
• Focus: Designing secure smart contracts, crypto payment systems, and NFT/token infrastructure.
• Geos: Looking for builders in the US, Canada, Europe, UAE, or El Salvador.

Comp & Salary

• Base: $4,000 – $6,000 / month.
• Perks: Paid production trial, milestone bonuses, and performance-based increases.
