Tonight for dinner we had ravioli. I checked the bag before we ate and it said “cream” in the ingredients list. I figured it was so far down the list it didn’t have too much AND it’s been 7 hours since I ate.

And now I’m having tummy issues and bloat. Very normal for me but omg the n*sea sucks sooooo bad. Zofran has been taken but ugh!
