I Bought this second hand meeshell (I made her earrings) and idk what these black dots on her chin and nose are.. should I try the acne cream + UV lamp method on these or is it something like mold..?

Ive been looking for River Styxx‘s cape for ages now and ive found NOTHING! If anyone out here has a River Styxx doll that has the cape (doesn’t have to be complete or in a good condition, the cape is all that matters) or just the cape for sale, pleaseee hmu! It would be amazing if you are in Europe or have Vinted :‘)
