Question for MDS team or billing team in nursing home facility or DME.
Hello sorry for anyone working as MDS team at nursing facility.. or any billing department..for example nursing facilities most of them use PCC Pointclickcare correct? Do you run into denial claim or billing error often? Is there anything annoy you the most ? That want to be fix..is there a lot of billing error? What's the pain point in your setting... thank you very much
