Slynd and periods?!
I have been taking Slynd for just about 5 months now, up until this point I have been having a pretty good experience with it. I have chronic migraines so I was suggested this pill from my doctor. I really have no side effects other than a very strange and somewhat painful period now. I have noticed a pattern where I start bleeding on the second week of every pack and it usually lasts just over a week. On my last pack I actually didn’t get a period until my placebos, that only lasted a few days and fast forward to now, I’m having a heavy period with very painful cramps. I’ve noticed this getting more painful over the last few packs. Before I got on the pill my periods were very regular, always around the same time of the month and always lasted about a week with little to no cramping and pain. This is the only pill I’ve tried and considering that, I don’t like the idea of switching hormones but if it’s needed I will. I’ve read a lot about taking the placebos vs going right into the next pack without them so I’m curious if anyone else experienced this and if it eventually goes away? I’m on BC strictly for contraption purposes , again I never really had period issues until now so I’d love to hear if anyone has had a similar experience or has any ideas that might help? Thanks!!
