Why are millennials better at socializing than Gen Z?
I am an ambivert but my parents are extroverts so they are very talkative they joke with random people and can talk with strangers for hours I noticed that people respond very positively to my parents They actually like their energy and those strangers often become their friends
But when I try to do the same thing with people from my generation they sometimes react rudely
some of my old friends disliked my energy
I used to be a kind and joyful person but now I am mostly serious with people until I trust them
my parents have lots of friends who match their vibe but I have only a few friends I am the kind of person who cares about you, helps you, makes you happy during sad times, has a lot of fun with you, encourages you, and supports you but I still don’t have genuine friends
Sometimes when I feel bored I talk to my parents’ friends and they are better than my own friends
