The local nursery's can't figure this one out-🙏🏻you guys can

They were at a house in Mission Viejo, Orange County, in Southern California. The house is approximately 45years old, not sure if they were an original planted tree or not. I just love them, but all 5 of my local nursery tree specialists couldn't definitively identify them. I got everything from an older Silver Sheen to a (not regional) Northern or Canadian Birch or Maple of some sort. The owners bought the house 10yrs ago with them already planted so had no idea either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
