Could someone please help me figure out what exactly I’m looking at on my US?

Hey!

I just got my us images and diffuse Adenomyosis dx back this week but after comparing my scans to others there are some features I don’t really recognize and I was hoping someone could help me identify. I’m having trouble with the weird island-y blobs and how dark it is.
