OptiPlex 7010 SFF (Plus) CPU fan replacement and rear exhaust question.

Hey everyone.  I'm in the process of building out an OptiPlex 7010 SFF (Plus) with an i7-13700K CPU.  I've read through many of the CPU fan/cooler posts, and haven't been able to find a definitive answer for this.  Is there an aftermarket 80mm fan I can put on the stock cooler, plug into the 4 pin CPU header, and not trigger the (F1) error at boot?  I'm guessing this would require finding an aftermarket fan with roughly the same rpm speeds as the stock fan??  Also, if anyone has any suggested 80mm fan models for this purpose (Noctua, ARCTIC, Etc)?  Ideally, I'd like to get a little better CPU cooling and noise reduction. Thermal paste has already been reapplied, and temps are "ok" as is.

I was planning to purchase a single 60mm Noctua fan for the rear exhaust, connected to the CPU fan header.  I've seen that many others use dual 40mm fans for this.  Do you think there would be any fitment issues with the 60mm in the back?  I'm expecting there might be some minor case modding needed.

A Noctua NF-A8 PWM fan will be for front intake.  Not sure yet if this will go into an available sys fan header, tied to the cpu, or just run at 100%.

Some venting will be done on the case's side panel.
