Just a little vent
In the last 2 weeks I have gotten 1 new card, and that was yesterday. Opened a gold pack (premium one that will expire, also nothing). I've had a few glitches/ issues in app that I reached out to them about and the replies received made it come across as though they did not even read the whole message. Just copied and pasted a generic response.
Could be statistics and purely numbers for the cards since I have more than I need to get. I'm not concerned as I know they will come, especially once I have some time to dedicate to trading again.
However, it is seeming as though Weward is consistently moving towards increased profit margins above all else.
Don't get me wrong I do understand that they're a business and whatever makes them money will be prioritized. I'm also disappointed by how little they seem to care about user experience lately.
Anyway, that is all, just a vent of disappointment. I still enjoy collecting and engaging with this community.
