The ballad of Katherine re: Twitter / x.com

Did anybody else watch this unfold online? An Orthodox woman, Katherine, wrote a substack article online about the difficulties of dating as an Orthodox woman, dealing with the issues of men in the Church, including unattractiveness, unemployment, being tied up with online Orthobro / Jay Dyer spheres, anti-social patterns, etc.

It unleashed a firestorm of angry Orthodox men bullying her for this, accusing her of being a feminist, hypocritical, being "chad only," etc. People proceeded to dig up conversations from her in the past, she admitted to being promiscuous when she younger, "sleeping with a lot of guys" and one man she was seeing shared nudes of her online. She ended up deleting the article and her twitter / x.com account.

I understand that there is a lot of issues between men and women in dating right now, but this should be a wakeup call if you think the problems you see in Orthodoxy might be your own prelest / false judgment. There's something I seriously wrong in the Orthodox world.
