Eat or OMAD or Deficit

I’m currently 185 pounds at 5’2 and i’m wondering if i should be eating balanced healthy meals like rice, ground beef, potatoes, yogurt and proteins stuff or should I stick to an OMAD. I’m doing orange theory about 3 times a week, what should i do???
