I run into this question a lot when looking at e-commerce stores.
When a webshop isn’t growing, people often blame ads or traffic. But sometimes the real issue is something else: like confusing product pages, pricing, checkout, shipping, low repeat purchases etc.

For those of you running a webshop:

What do you think is your biggest problem right now?

And more importantly: how do you know that’s the problem? Did you find it through analytics, customer feedback, reviews, heatmaps or from something else?
