SIS Go vs PfH Gels
I’ve been running for a while, between 50 to 100km a week and done a few 50km ultras and plan on doing a 50miler next year. I’ve used SIS Go gels for years as inexpensive and ‘do the job’, I have used tailwind in my bottles for longer ones, and PF&H chews last year for some diversity.
I read a lot about PF&H gels everywhere, they are doing a good marketing job but are they actually considerably better? Cost doesn’t bother me, however if it’s only for a 1% gain for instance, I’m not an elite runner so would question the value in changing
Thanks in advance
