Managing a couple of rental properties and the cash flow is a bit of a mess right now while we wait on refinancing. I need to clear out a basement that flooded and ruined a bunch of drywall and carpet.

I've been reading online and it seems like half these companies won't take construction debris or charge insane heavy weight fees.

Really need a straight shooter who can get this sorted and haul away heavy stuff without taking advantage of the situation.
