Thanks to the group I finally got a Sarracenia Pitcher Baby plant ! Thanks for all the info you all commented on !

I cut the burnt / dead end of my plant. I didn't expect for it to grow back. Should I cut it from the bottom to give the rest of the smaller plant nutrients the long one is taking?
