Hey guys, I'm trying to sort out my timetable for next sem and just realized that Elements of Data Processing (COMP20008) and Object-Oriented Software Development (SWEN20003) clash. The system says neither of them is clashable which is a pain.

For anyone who's done these subjects, which one is actually worth going to in person and which one can I just get away with watching the recordings? Also, how strict are they with attendance? I am doing FOA this sem and it had that whole attendance token system for extensions and stuff, so I'm wondering if either of these has anything similar or any annoying hurdles I should watch out for.
