SG-74 Battle Rifle.

SG-74M with a Vita Vt-1 Telescopic Sight.

The SG-74 is an Battle Rifle Manufactured by Isle Technology Weapon Industries (ITWI) and chambered in 7.62mm Gewehr.

History

In 1962 after Isle Independence from the State Of Konsovyla, the nation needed a Weapon that is cheap enough to produce and easy enough to use in any terrain.

Development

By 1963, they start to make some prototypes, the first prototype was called PG-63, chambered 7.62mm and can fit 30 rounds and use gas-operated mechanism.

But the millitary disliked it, calling it as "Cheap but Unreliable", because it has too many problems. One of the problems are it doesn't have selective fire mode and the millitary hate that problem.

So in 1973, they made a new one and it was called the SG-74, can put attachment, have selective fire mode, and easy produce.
