For any one thinking "1000 rivalry wins isn't that much" yes it is. I play a game and only the top 20-30 players have over 100 wins, far less have over 500. It's already bad enough that the matchmaking is a mess but now if the average player wants the umbrella they have to grind 900+ rivalry wins in a few weeks in sweaty lobbies.

Epic needs to realize that making the game harder and having missions that take weeks to complete won't make people waste their time to complete them, they just won't do it. At first it was the changes to ranked, then the box fights mode, and now 1000 rivalry wins. This isn't working the way they want it to.

It was a perfect mix of the kinetic and typhoon blade but unfortunately only a max of 5 portals could spawn each game and it was removed after a few weeks. I never see anyone talk about it and even in videos where people talk about mobility it's usually skipped. Definitely one of my favorite mobility items and I wish it was in the game longer.
