Do non-American SaaS companies have trouble charging American credit cards? Have read about American banks disabling international payments and causing a lot of payments to fail.

Have been reading about this since forever. And since I'm in Europe I'm afraid I might end up having much higher churn than expected due to failed payments. I estimate that about 40% of my buyers will be Americans.

Maybe using a MoR(Merchant of Record) makes sense? The only other solution would be to incorporate in the US which would be a pain in the ass.
