Toothache Plant is no joke!
Never worked with Toothache Plant (Acmella oleracea, fornerly Spilanthes acmella or Spilanthes oleracea). Pinched off a bud this evening and chewed it. WHOA! My whole mouth tingled immediately and I had a powerful need to spit. A LOT. Taste wasn't terrible, kind of citrusy/sour, not bitter, not necessarily pleasant. Will be tincturing it for mouth pain and sore throat gargle.
Anyone else work with this one?
