Hi!

This is one of our girls, she is 2 years old.

This morning our kid noticed this mass on the left side of her belly.

We are not sure when the mass appeared as this rat is very shy and doesn't like to be touched, so when they roam she hides and keeps by herself.

Our kid thinks the mass wasn't there a couple of weeks ago.

She doesn't seem to be in pain and she is doing her usual rat things, she eats, roams in their cage...

We are getting in touch with the breeder and the vet and hope to be able to bring her to be seen today.

Our kid is distraught and worried so that's why I am posting, maybe some of you have an idea of what this could be? We are especially worried that she could be in pain.
