I'm looking for a private furnished studio, 1BR, ADU, in-law unit, or lease takeover in/near San Mateo for this summer.

Dates:

- Ideal move-in: May 25, 2026

- Flexible up to early June

- Stay through late August 2026

- I can structure the dates to meet a 90-day minimum if needed

Preferences:

- Private place only

- No roommates / no shared room

- Studio, 1BR, ADU, in-law unit, or private lease takeover

- Furnished preferred

- Reasonable commute to 3150 S Delaware St, San Mateo

- Ideally under about 30 minutes by public transit

Budget:

- < $3,000/month, flexible depending on utilities, parking, and fees
