This is so frustrating..I have been denied twice for tinnitus

I have submitted my initial claim and then a supplemental and still denied twice after two C&P. My AFSC (MOS) is listed in the highest category for hearing issues/tinnitus. I have been dealing with it forever. I did not go to sick call while in the military but I did complain to my supervisor about the issue and was basically told "well we all have it. You work on the flight line". In other words, its part of the job. My first C&P they found that "The evidence shows that a qualifying event, injury, or disease had its onset during your service. Your 214 shows your military occupational specialty was Aircraft Communication and Navigation System which is consistent with noise exposure in service. You have been diagnosed with a disability." The said they did not find a nexus. I described (both in my lay statement and to both examiners) the exact incident that started it. I was able to describe to them exactly what I was doing and what I was working on when the incident occurred that started it. I even described to them how I did not hear correctly for a week and since then, I have had the constant noise. When I can describe to you what I was working on while on active duty on an military flight line while on duty, how can you still say "not service connected"? I am so frustrated.
