what are the normal mid week levels?

I'm on cypionate weekly, all blood tests I've taken were made exactly in the middle between shots. should the next blood test be taken the day before the shot? or are mid week results suitable for comparison too?

is this color normal?

left is the new vial, but testosterone in it is dark yellow; right is the old vial, testosterone was clear, perhaps a little yellowish.

is this much color difference normal?
